To service and support the Director of Marketing and Communications/Sales & Marketing Manager

To further develop and manage the online membership package by means of:

Marketing and researching the audience and competitors
Determine customer requirements and develop customer solutions in the balanced interest of both the company and the customer
Continually strive to improve the benefits to the members
Coordinate all aspects of updating the website
Encourage participation in activities of the website/CPD events
Increase awareness of the product
Coordinate & deliver a complete Newsletter monthly
Develop and manage effective customer relationships
In conjunction with the Sales Manager, develop & continuously review a strategy and campaign plans with measurable and quantifiable goals and objective and provide ownership & coordination both internally & externally in their execution.


To support the CPD seminar
Provide leads and feedback to the organisation
To develop and manage an accurate database

To action mail shots and cold calling

Development of specific literature for the network members, potential advertisers and general public.
