An opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Executive within the Business Development Department of our Cardiff based client.  

 

The successful applicant should be a graduate or have similar academic achievement. The applicant should have previous Business Development and/or Marketing experience.

 

Working along side and supporting the Business Development Manager the Business Development Executive will be responsible for implementing and championing the Client Relationship Management System (CRM), ensuring client data is captured and analyzed and appropriate client communications are developed. Therefore previous CRM management experience, with solid IT and analytical skills are a prerequisite for this role.

 

In addition the successful candidate will be responsible for a number of business development projects which will aid the growth and development of the firm. 

 

The department is extremely busy and therefore the successful candidate should possess excellent organisational skills and an ability to cope with a high volume of work.  

 

It is imperative that the successful applicant works well within a team but remains self-motivated and pro-active in order to achieve set objectives.  Strong project management experience would also be required.

 

Excellent communication is critical in this role and the successful candidate should possess strong verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to liaise with external agencies.

Rate of Pay:

£24,000 - 28,000
