To manage and evolve existing Business & Corporate customers. To increase direct product sales. To expand data product sales & applications

Key Accountabilities:

? To identify customer needs. To provide solutions to those needs and to promote and support the company and it?s personnel.

? To manage customer accounts and to continue to promote the Company and it's products & services to new & existing customers.

? To achieve sales targets and service levels. To develop and expand one's own knowledge, expertise and marketing initiatives through promotions.

? To control the day to day administration of key accounts and the department. To support Senior Management and influence personnel in their objectives.

? To expand customer services and deliver quality results and performance consistently. To evolve and establish on-going sales opportunities.

To resolve internal/external requests/problems between customers/suppliers/colleagues as and when appropriate.
