Through the services of New Directions (Corporate Division) ategi successfully recruited a Business Development Co-ordinator / Trainer (Abi Harwood) in November 2007.

The service that the Corporate Division staff (Victoria Harris and Kate Robinson) provided was both personal and professional. They quickly built a good working relationship with ategi and understood our needs very quickly. They were helpful, prompt, consistent and very flexible.

Prior to submitting CV's for potential applicants, New Directions staff found out as much as they could about our business, the people we support, and the type of person we wanted to recruit.

They forwarded suitable CV's from applicants with the right qualifications and experience, and gave clear instructions to those who were shortlisted; all candidates were fully prepared on the interview day.

Following the success of the above appointment and the good relationship built with Victoria and Kate, ategi recently requested an agency worker from them (Receptionist for a 2 week assignment). Again, this was a successful appointment and the agency worker provided was of excellent quality.

We continue to work with New Directions, Social Care Division - who provides ategi with temporary Support Workers. Relationships with this Division have been strengthened following the work with the Corporate Division. Again, the staff within this Division (Ben Stevens is our main contact) are always professional and prompt; maintaining contact with ategi on a regular basis.
