What We Do

Your CV is read and discussed by all relevant consultants and entered onto our system the day it arrives and you will be contacted by an experienced consultant with legal recruitment expertise to discuss your career aspirations in confidence at the earliest opportunity.

Our consultants will endeavour to arrange a face-to-face interview with you to be better positioned to represent your background and your future intentions.

As we only work on specific job opportunities, we are able to discuss, in detail, the role(s) to be fulfilled and the background to our client(s).

Should we jointly agree that you are interested and appropriate, your details will be submitted to the client(s) in a professional format. We take care to highlight those features of your background that are particularly relevant for a given role or to a particular client.

At the interview stage, we contact you to make the necessary arrangements and to ensure you are well prepared. We ask you to contact us immediately after the interview to give us your reaction. In return, we ask clients to respond with an early decision about the outcome.

At the offer stage, we are pleased to assist with any negotiations regarding the terms of an offer.

• Call you at work (unless by prior arrangement).
